The map below depicts the proposed (but never constructed) routes for US-41, US-141 and M-28 in Baraga Co as proposed by the State Highway Dept in 1937 dashed in purple, while the historical routes for each from the 1920s until the 1950s are shown in brown. Present-day trunklines are shown in red. All routes are overlaid on a present-day road map of central Baraga Co. (Note: Not every historical state trunkline alignment or route designation is shown, just the most recent one prior to the current route.)
